I’m Pat Quiroz, founder of Get Found Local. I earned a Business Marketing degree from the University of North Texas — but my real education didn’t come from a classroom.
It came from helping my father’s Dallas-based practice get found online. Watching a small, hard-working business go from invisible to fully booked taught me something no textbook could: when local people can actually find you, everything changes. That’s when local SEO stopped being a subject and became a mission.
Over 15+ years since, I’ve seen the other side too — too many home service owners getting taken advantage of by big agencies that overpromise, lock you into long contracts, hand you vanity reports, and quietly take on your competitor down the street. I started Get Found Local to be the opposite of all of that.
So we do it differently on purpose: one client per market, no contracts, a dedicated line to me and my team, and real before→after grid data you can verify yourself.
